Perched high on a cliff with sweeping views of Taylor Arm, The Love Shack is Sunset Island’s signature guest house retreat. More than just a bunkie, it’s a destination in itself—perfect for relaxing, gathering, and taking in the surrounding beauty.
This cozy hideaway sleeps up to four guests and features a covered outdoor kitchen, plus a private soaker tub overlooking the lake. It’s an unforgettable spot to unwind with a morning coffee or toast the sunset in total privacy.

Additional Accommodations
Sunset Island Resort features eight levelled campsites, each offering its own atmosphere. Stay close to the main cabins and lakeside action or pick a secluded spot for total privacy. Every site has space for tents and beautiful lake views, making it easy to camp your way.
The easiest way to expand your sleeping capacity is by renting a houseboat on Sproat Lake. The Fish and Duck Marina offers houseboat rentals and will moor them on the property for you.
Collect the boat at their marina or their team will have everything set up and ready when you arrive at Sunset Island, and they’ll take care of removing the boats after your stay. For details and reservations, please contact the marina directly.
